Hi, I'm Hilde

I am a single mum living with my 10 year old daughter & chihuahua dog in the suburbs of Brussels, in Belgium. Originally, I am from Germany, where my family still lives today, around 1000 km away from me. I studied economics and followed an international MBA program in Southern France & Florida. Afterwards I moved to Belgium, fell in love & stayed. My life seemed pretty fantastic for a little while. That was before the storm broke lose. Fast forward to 2020: I am building my coaching business with horses - online & outdoors in nature to help women to heal from abusive relationships, which often cause unimaginable inner pain resulting in burnout or depression. Researching intensively into the topic and finally understanding my own story of abuse taught me a lot. My mission is to show you ways to conquer depression & to sustainably stay out of it. You deserve a happy, fulfilled & mentally healthy life. I’m convinced that we all have a purpose to pursue here on earth. I found mine and I gladly help you finding yours.
